Does it break fragile items?
No, but like any bag, you should take the precaution of placing more fragile items last and avoid closing it abruptly. It’s designed to close from the edges, applying even pressure (it wraps around your items rather than squeezing them).
Which countries do you ship to?
We currently ship only in the UK. If the product appears available in your country, it means shipping there has already been verified.
How do you clean it?
In most cases, a damp cloth is enough. Its waterproof material makes it ideal for placing on wet grass, dirt, sand, and more.
Can it be worn crossbody?
You can wear it on the same side or crossbody. The straps have an approximate drop of 48–50 cm (19–20 in) from the shoulder to the base of the bag, which allows it to sit comfortably, not too high and not too low.
What about very small items?
Our bag includes three pockets, one of them with a zipper. They are ideal for keys, makeup, books, and other small essentials.
